Spinning® Instructor Certification—the most comprehensive and widely recognized indoor cycling training program on the planet. This comprehensive, blended-learning course will give you all the hands-on tools you need to become a certified Spinning® instructor and lead your own classes in any of the 35,000+ Official Spinning® Facilities worldwide. Certification is achieved after attending the training day and passing the online assessment within 30 days.

You will learn how to:

Find the appropriate bike fit settings for yourself and others
Ride with optimal technique for safety and performance
Understand and use metrics like heart rate, cadence and power
Deliver cues that motivate and coach riders to get results
Lead a class using predesigned Spinning® class profiles
Create your own classes based on ride type or training goals
Choose songs and create playlists that complement the terrain, intensity and rhythm of your profile

Course Procedure

1. Enroll now and get instant access to the digital course materials.

2. Attend the virtual training via Zoom or similar platform on the day of the event.

3. Complete any remaining coursework and the online exam.

4. Upon successful completion, you will be able to download your certificate verifying CECs earned and certification status, valid for two years.
