Loops and Ladders Virtual Workshop
Loops and ladders are two creative ride profile themes that can keep your classes engaging and challenging. Learn to use a variety of aerobic and anaerobic loops and ladders options to design rides focusing on cadence building, resistance loading, transition practice, or interval training. You’ll come away from this workshop with pre-designed profiles, and the knowledge you need to create your own.
About Virtual Trainings: This training will be presented by a Master Instructor via Zoom or similar platform. There is no in-person gathering at a studio or fitness facility. If you are able to attend the virtual training in a location where you have access to a bike, you will be able to practice and work out/ride with the Master Instructor. If you do not have access to a bike, you are still welcome to attend.
