Creative Climbs Virtual Workshop

While climbs can be among the most difficult elements of a ride, they can also be the most rewarding—there’s nothing quite like the feeling of reaching the top of a tough climb. Climbs are popular in the Spinning® program because participants love to feel the intensity of a heavily-loaded effort. This workshop will identify, detail and demonstrate several strategies for presenting efficient, safe and fun climbing activities in your classes. Although climbs are often performed in the Strength Energy Zone®, this is not an Energy-Zone specific workshop—the techniques discussed here can be applied across many class formats.

About Virtual Trainings: This training will be presented by a Master Instructor via Zoom or similar platform. There is no in-person gathering at a studio or fitness facility. If you are able to attend the virtual training in a location where you have access to a bike, you will be able to practice and work out/ride with the Master Instructor. If you do not have access to a bike, you are still welcome to attend.
