This course is packed with tips and tricks to elevate your skills so that your personal stage presence announces your confidence and experience and wins over the crowd every time. We will explore highly effective concepts you’ve never considered bringing into your class to create a genuine and successful stage presence through energy, charisma, appearance and first impressions. This workshop is for you if:

  • You teach Spinning® or indoor cycling classes and want to amplify your presence at the front of the class.

  • You want to stand out when you audition for your next (or first) instructor position.

  • You want to grow your class attendance numbers through your energy and connection.

  • You need to earn CECs for your Spinning® certification.

This workshop includes a:

  • Video/interactive presentation with a Spinning® Master Instructor.

  • Video/live class to see and experience the skills in action.

  • Downloadable slide presentation.

  • Class profile and coaching notes that you can use in your own classes.

  • Self-assessment learning activity to see and evaluate your stage presence.

How it works:

After you enroll, you’ll get an email with a link to access the course downloads. After completing the workshop, you can complete the learning activity at your own pace.

Duration: 2 hours plus a 1-hour self-assessment learning activity completed on your own.
