Instructors bring a ride to life. Rockstar instructors are larger than life! With this course you will learn how to:
- Apply exercise science to your ride profiles
- Prepare performance-oriented rides like Master Instructors
- Diversify your language for an amazing mind/body experience
- Choose music for the ultimate playlists
- Use visuals to enhance the total sensory experience
- Practice verbal delivery, body language and more!
About Virtual Trainings: This training will be presented by a Master Instructor via Zoom or similar platform. There is no in-person gathering at a studio or fitness facility. If you are able to attend the virtual training in a location where you have access to equipment/a bike, you will be able to practice and ride with the Master Instructor. If you do not have access to a bike, you are still welcome to attend.
Level Up
The Rockstar Certification is part of the Spinning® Instructor Certification Pathway, which means it’s your opportunity to progress to the next step in your career, and also the next level in the Pathway. If you are already a certified Spinning Instructor, you’ll go from Level 1 to Level 2—Advanced. If you’re Level 2 you will climb to Level 3—Elite status.

Course Procedure
1. Enroll now and get instant access to the digital course materials.
2. Attend the virtual training via Zoom or similar platform on the day of the event.
3. Complete any remaining coursework and the online exam.
4. Upon successful completion, you will be able to download your certificate verifying CECs earned and certification status, valid for two years.
