Description
Spinning® Instructor Certification—the most comprehensive and widely recognized indoor cycling training program on the planet. This comprehensive, blended-learning course will give you all the hands-on tools you need to become a certified Spinning® instructor and lead your own classes in any of the 35,000+ Official Spinning® Facilities worldwide. Certification is achieved after completing the live 9-hour training day and passing the online assessment within 30 days of the training day. Bring your gear and be ready for two Spinning® rides led by a Spinning® Master Instructor; the first ride will cover the application of proper form and technique while the second ride will weave in the Spinning® training Energy Zones™.
You will learn how to:
- Find the appropriate bike fit settings for yourself and others
- Ride with optimal technique for safety and performance
- Understand and use metrics like heart rate, cadence and power
- Deliver cues that motivate and coach riders to get results
- Lead a class using predesigned Spinning® class profiles
- Create your own classes based on ride type or training goals
- Choose songs and create playlists that complement the terrain, intensity and rhythm of your profile

Course Procedure

2. Attend the in-person training on the day of the event.
3. Complete any remaining coursework and the online exam.
4. Upon successful completion of the exam, you will be able to download and print your certificate verifying certification status, valid for two years.
